Commercial Project
Hotel-Victoria TX 2010
This project received over 70,000 gallons of water flooding 27 rooms before the sprinkler system was shut off. Our founder responded and mobilized equipment from Fl and was able to save millions in cost and lost revenue drying the property and preventing cross contamination of unaffected areas of the property.
Government Projects
Elementary School Cicero IL
Our founder responded to a regional flooding event for Cook County School District and stabilized and extracted over 100,000 ft of an elementary school and dried a Category 3 water loss under negative pressure with HEPA filtration to prevent cross contamination of the HVAC system while under controlled demolition. We saved over $200,000 on a wood floor dry in the media room and got the school back in session on time-saving delays to the city.
Residential Project
Historic Home 2018
We could extract and dehumidify the hardwood floors on a 100-year-old home, saving the insurance company thousands and the homeowner time, as well as the historic home certification on the property since removing the feet would have required adding new materials.
